Thank you for shopping with TudoCart. We aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India only.
  • Orders outside India are not supported at this time.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Orders are fulfilled through our production and logistics partners.
  • Processing includes:
    • Order verification
    • Custom production
    • Quality checks
    • Packaging and dispatch coordination

Since all products are custom-made, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and design complexity.


3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch.
  • These timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Logistics partner operations
  • High order volumes
  • Weather or external disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on all orders unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:
    • Email
    • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Tracking updates are managed by logistics partners and may take time to reflect.


6. Delivery Responsibility & Liability

  • Orders are shipped through independent logistics partners.
  • Once dispatched, delivery is handled by these partners.

TudoCart is not liable for:

  • Transit delays beyond our control
  • Delivery rescheduling or missed delivery attempts
  • Incorrect tracking updates
  • Issues arising from logistics partner operations

However, we will reasonably assist in coordinating with the delivery partner to help resolve issues.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details.
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address
    • Orders marked undeliverable

If an order is returned due to incorrect details:

  • Re-shipping may incur additional charges

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification
  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

For lost shipments:

  • We will initiate an inquiry with the logistics partner
  • Resolution depends on their investigation outcome

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
  • If delivery fails, the order may be returned.

Re-dispatch (if applicable) will be chargeable.


10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or transport disruptions
  • Technical failures
