  • Final output depends on the quality of uploaded images

We are not responsible for poor quality output caused by low-resolution or incorrect uploads.

SECTION 3 – USER CONTENT (UPLOADED IMAGES)

When you upload images or content:

You confirm that:

  • You own the content OR have legal rights to use it
  • It does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or any law
  • It is not offensive, illegal, abusive, or explicit

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to:

  • Use, process, modify, and reproduce the content solely for fulfilling your order

  • Reject or cancel orders containing inappropriate or unlawful content
  • Remove content at our discretion

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your uploaded content.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS, PRICING & CANCELLATION

  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
  • Orders may be cancelled due to:
    • Pricing errors
    • Fraud suspicion
    • Content violations
    • Operational issues

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

SECTION 5 – CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY (STRICT)

Due to the personalized nature:

  • No returns or refunds for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect image uploaded by customer
    • Minor color/print/frame variations

Refunds/replacements may only be considered if:

  • Product is damaged in transit
  • Wrong product delivered

Proof of a video recording of the package unboxing is required for verification.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • We are not liable for delays caused by:
    • Courier partners
    • Weather, strikes, or external factors

Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
